ENVUE Project

The ENVUE project in Toulouse is a forward-thinking residential development comprising 76 collective housing units. The design emphasizes the concept of the "third facade"—transforming rooftops into expansive, private living spaces akin to individual homes. This approach not only enhances the quality of life for residents but also sets a new standard in urban living, combining the intimacy of individual homes with the convenience of collective housing. The project is backed by Crédit Agricole Immobilier and was completed in late 2020, demonstrating a commitment to high standards as evidenced by its NF HABITAT certification.
