Alliance is a collaboration of real estate experts, notary offices, and architects with over 20 years of collective experience dedicated to developing lucrative real estate projects. This collaborative effort encompasses more than 30 successfully completed real estate projects in France. Our primary goal is to equip foreign investors with the necessary tools and information to confidently invest in French real estate, ensuring transparency and security throughout the project.

ALL IMM, a subsidiary of the PROPEUS Group established in 2004, oversees this alliance. With a team of 20 construction engineers and over 50 construction experts, ALL IMM achieves an average annual turnover of 4,876,100.00 euros with a works warranty estimated at 15 million euros. Our commitment to sustainable development is evident in all our projects, whether involving new construction or renovation, ensuring that you can benefit from tax concessions offered by France to encourage environmentally friendly properties.
